To ensure that impartiality is maintained and can be demonstrated, the following principles have been established.
All certification-related activities are carried out objectively and impartially by eliminating any potential conflicts of interest.
In providing certification services to clients, we treat all parties equally without discrimination and strive to carry out our certification activities with the utmost integrity to earn the trust of all stakeholders.
In performing certification-related activities, we remain free from any internal or external interference, and all certification decisions are made based solely on the evidence of conformity obtained by SQC Certification Institute.
The authority for certification decisions is exercised by independent personnel, free from any influence or interference that could affect the outcome of the decision.
We do not offer any services that could compromise impartiality, such as marketing activities that recommend specific consulting firms to clients seeking certification.
We continuously identify, minimize, or eliminate all risk factors that may threaten impartiality to ensure the integrity of our certification activities.
