1. Validity Period for Use of the ISO Certification Mark

The ISO certification mark may only be used within the validity period specified on the certificate, starting from the date the certificate is issued.

2. Restrictions on Display and Use of the Certification Mark

The certification mark shown on the certificate is a symbolic indication that the management system certification has been registered by a recognized certification body. Accordingly, strict restrictions apply to the use of certification body marks.
For promotional purposes, a certified organization may reproduce and display the certification mark together with the certification body's mark on documents, letterheads, buildings, vehicles, flags, brochures, and other promotional materials, and may also use it in advertising.
※ The mark must not be used in a manner that could mislead others into believing that products or services outside the certified scope are certified.
The certification mark must not be displayed on a product or on product packaging, and must not be used in any manner that could be interpreted as indicating conformity of the product itself.
※ However, it may be displayed on transport packaging.
※ It must not be displayed on individual packaging that reaches the final consumer.
The certification mark must not be used on test reports, calibration certificates, or inspection reports.
Certified organizations must comply with the Fair Trade Commission guidelines on the labeling and advertising of awards, certifications, etc., pursuant to Article 23(3) of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act.
Only the certification mark and wording indicating that certification has been obtained may be used.

3. Permitted Use of the Logo

Individual Products : Not permitted
Outer Packaging, Boxes, etc. : Permitted only with wording
The logo and wording must not be used in a manner that could be mistaken for product certification.
- For manufacturing organizations, please refer to the wording below.
“This product is manufactured in a factory that operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 (certified standard).”
Brochures, Business Cards, and Other Advertising Materials : Permitted with wording, or the logo/mark may be used alone only when the certification number shown on the certificate is also included.
